Terms & Conditions – Zivah Jewelry

  1. We prefer Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and Debit/Credit/Visa/MasterCard within Pakistan.

  2. For international customers, we accept payments through Western Union (in advance), or they can pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal.

  3. You can also confirm your order by messaging us on Facebook Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

Make-to-Order Products

  1. MAKE-TO-ORDER products are pre-orders and will take a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 weeks to be ready.

    • Payment mode will be in advance for all pre-order products.

International Orders

  1. Delivery duration for international orders is a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 weeks. A tracking number will be provided via email after the order is completed and dispatched.

Complaints, Suggestions & Queries

  1. For complaints, suggestions, or queries, please Inbox on Facebook Page, Email, or Call.

Delivery Guidelines

  1. Our delivery riders follow routes and not specific timings, so please cooperate.

  2. In case of any damage, fault, or difference in the product, Zivah Jewelry will be responsible for replacing the product. The customer will be required to resend the parcel via courier service to Zivah Jewelry's address.

  3. Customers who wish to exchange items (e.g., bangles size, design, etc.) must pay Rs. 300/- delivery charges.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  1. Customers can cancel or change their orders within 2 hours of submission. After this period, no changes or cancellations will be entertained, and the order must be received.

Address Requirements

  1. Customers must provide a complete and proper address, including:

  • House number

  • Block number

  • Street number

  • Nearest landmark (if possible)

Orders with incomplete addresses will be cancelled.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. We strictly follow a No Refund and No Return Policy.

  2. Every Sale item or Stock Clearance item is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  1. Duties and taxes applicable in the customer’s country will be paid by the customer.
