Refund policy

At Zivah Jewellery, we take pride in delivering exceptional quality and excellent customer service. Our commitment goes beyond just offering beautiful jewelry—we aim to create a seamless and satisfying experience for every customer. Your trust means everything to us, which is why we stand confidently behind every piece we offer, ensuring it meets our highest standards of craftsmanship and care.


Exchange Policy

  • The product must be in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.

  • The product must not have been used, washed, or damaged.

  • The product is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange of Items:

  • Customers who wish to exchange items (bangle size, bangle design, or any other reason) will be required to pay a delivery charge of Rs. 350/-.

  • Customers are advised to carefully check the product description and size guide before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.


Make-to-Order Products

  • Our make-to-order products are pre-orders, requiring 2 to 3 weeks minimum for the order to be ready.

  • Payment for pre-order products must be made in advance.


International Orders

  • Delivery for international orders typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.

  • Once your order is completed and dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email so you can monitor the shipment every step of the way.


Product Damage or Fault

Zivah Jewellery will be responsible for replacing the product in the event that it is damaged or has any flaws.


Incomplete Address Policy

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. This includes:

  • House number

  • Block number

  • Street number

  • Nearby landmark (if possible)

Orders with incomplete, unclear, or incorrect address details may be immediately cancelled without prior notice.


Changing or Refund of Sale Items

Every sale item or stock clearance sale item is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
